The purpose of ease of doing business is to create a business-friendly environment that promotes entrepreneurship, attracts investments, and facilitates economic growth. It aims to simplify bureaucratic procedures, reduce costs and make it easier for businesses to start, operate and expand in Guimaras.
Fiscal incentives
Under the Revised Investment Code 2025, new and expanding enterprises receive a reduced provincial share of the Real Property Tax on their investment during their first three years of operation.
