Develop and promote competitive tourism, trade, investments and employment to support agri-fishery and eco-tourism sectors.
Our programs
Planning, programming, coordinating, implementing and evaluating economic and tourism development by generating and retaining investments in order to create employment and support the local government revenue generation activities.

PEDO thrusts: key functions
Tourism
Developing and marketing agri-eco tourism circuits by showcasing agri-fishery and ecotourism products and services; creating tourism campaigns; and supporting and implementing tourism activities.
Trade and investment
Promoting the province as an investment destination and assisting in the growth and development of the agribusiness, fishery and tourism sector.
Labor and public employment
Providing a multi-employment facility and services to assist jobseekers and youths in finding stable and sustainable employment in agri-fishery and tourism activities and other related areas.
Cooperative development
Strengthening cooperatives and farmers/fisherfolks, community-based rural organizations and tourism associations, and providing livelihood and entrepreneurial services.
