The Guimaras Food Producers boast a showcase of different Guimaras food products in the GFPI day. As stakeholders in the Guimaras food industry, the producers gathered as one community to celebrate their shared passion for food, culture and innovation.
As part of the culinaria activity in the Agri-ECo Trade Fair, producers give the audience a demonstration and a taste of how mangoes, cashews and other known Guimaras resources are incorporated in cooking to produce different delicacies, condiments, pastries and other original by-products that are a source of Guimaras pride.
