May 9, 2024 – In a collaboration between the crafters, artists, and weavers here in Guimaras, young artists used the libon bags as their canvas to tell a story during the ARTE SA BAYONG contest at the Manggahan Art Fair. The artists’ works in the representational and nonrepresentational categories were also showcased.
The Manggahan Art Fair, in partnership with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) gave opportunity to artists to display their abilities and skills in line with Manggahan Festival and PDEAโs advocacy, “Sining Kontra Droga”.
