PEDO Launches Supervisory Development Course

The Provincial Economic Development Office (PEDO) proudly announces the launch of its upcoming Supervisory Development Course, a specialized training program designed to elevate the skills and capabilities of its staff.

📅 This 10-day intensive training will focus on key areas vital to effective supervision and management. Highlights of the course include:

📌 Foundations of effective supervision and leadership

📌 Structured approaches to problem-solving and decision-making

📌 Project planning using the Logic Model

📌 Business planning with business model canvass

📌 Developing and implementing training programs

📌 Results management for impactful outcomes

📌 Coaching and mentoring for team empowerment

📌 Effective stakeholder communication

📌 Building partnerships and community networks

📌 Conflict resolution techniques

✅ Participants will gain practical tools to improve performance, prepare for future leadership roles, and contribute to PEDO’s mission.

📆 Duration: 10 sessions, starting August 11, 2025 (held weekly on Mondays, preferably after the flag ceremony)

💻 Format: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid options

👥 Eligibility: Open to all staff interested in supervisory or leadership roles
