We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the project inception/pre-implementation meetings for our four Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) livelihood initiatives:

Nature’s Adventures – Preserving and conserving biodiversity through the San Roque Coastal Environment Program Association (SARCEPA) in Nueva Valencia.
Hatid Ani: Vegetable on Wheels – Bringing fresh produce directly to you with the San Lorenzo Vegetable Growers Association (SLOVEGA).
Bottled Calamansi Production and Marketing Project – A delicious, preservative-free bottled juice crafted by the TPAS Agrarian Reform Cooperative in Buenavista.
Fish Farming Adventure Project – Explore sustainable aquaculture at our tourism site managed by the Sibunag Aquafarmers Fishermen Cooperative (SAFC) in Sibunag, Guimaras.

These meetings mark a significant step forward as we align our strategies and action plans to ensure smooth and impactful implementation.

During our sessions, our Cooperative Development team highlighted essential aspects of the Operations Manual, including key objectives, stakeholder roles, timelines, deliverables, and profit-sharing mechanisms. This will guide our CBOs as they turn these initiatives into sustainable tourism and livelihood ventures.

With collaboration and commitment, we are confident that these projects will be a success!
