On June 9, 2025, a groundbreaking event took place at the KabataanFIRST Innovation Hub on Guimaras Island. Pacific Wireless Inc., in partnership with CJ Doran & Information Technology Consultancy and Starlink, hosted a special gathering with leaders from resorts and hotels across the island. The event was attended by 16 participants, including resorts and other tourism-related businesses. The focus? Introducing Starlink Satellite Internet—a game-changer for connectivity in Guimaras.
This collaboration is a big step forward for the island, aiming to:
