The event, with the theme “๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ” focused on strengthening cooperation and shared prosperity in Guimaras.
It was organized by the Provincial Economic Development Office, in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority Region VI, the Provincial Cooperative Development Council, LGU San Lorenzo, PCDC and CDA. The event took place at Barangay Cabano Covered Gym, San Lorenzo.
Twenty-five cooperatives with 381 members, leaders, stakeholders, and government agencies attended. Regional Director Antonio Escobar praised the cooperatives and emphasized the importance of young leaders. Cong. Felimon Espares from COOP-NATCCO also spoke about ongoing efforts to support cooperatives through policies and better market access.
Members showcased their products and supported each other at the Trade Fair, demonstrating the strength of cooperative businesses. The spirit of cooperation remains strong, even after the event.
