The Provincial Economic Development Office (PEDO) proudly announces the launch of its upcoming Supervisory Development Course, a specialized training program designed to elevate the skills and capabilities of its staff.
This 10-day intensive training will focus on key areas vital to effective supervision and management. Highlights of the course include:
Foundations of effective supervision and leadership
Structured approaches to problem-solving and decision-making
Project planning using the Logic Model
Business planning with business model canvass
Developing and implementing training programs
Results management for impactful outcomes
Coaching and mentoring for team empowerment
Effective stakeholder communication
Building partnerships and community networks
Conflict resolution techniques
Participants will gain practical tools to improve performance, prepare for future leadership roles, and contribute to PEDOโs mission.
Program Details:
Duration: 10 sessions, starting August 11, 2025 (held weekly on Mondays, preferably after the flag ceremony)
Format: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid options
Eligibility: Open to all staff interested in supervisory or leadership roles
