May 16, 2024 – Fresh graduates, college students, senior high school students, and members of the Sangguniang Kabataan from different municipalities of Guimaras attended the KABATAAN FIRST initiative, Path to Employment: Writing Resumes and Acing Your Interviews, lecture and writeshop.
As the province’s future workforce, the youth attendees were taught basic employment requirements from preparing resumes and cover letters, to job interview techniques and business communication skills.
This initiative aims to address the low hiring rate among active job seekers by equipping the younger generation with writing and communication skills as they prepare to be part of the workforce.
Three winners of the Interview Question Challenge were also awarded with Ben & Ben concert seated passes. Well done and congratulations!
