Did You know that visiting local farms help boost our local economy? The Provincial Economic Development Office is delighted to be partnering with Guimaras Agri-Eco Tourism Farm Owners and Operators Agriculture Cooperative (GATFOOAC) to bring their amazing farm experience closer to you.
As part of the assistance to this group, PEDO held a dry run familiarization tour with 8 farms on June 14-15, 2025, to gather insights and feedback and fine-tuning every aspect of the farm experience to tourists. This crucial step helps GATFOOA Cooperative to identify areas for improvement and ensures future guests and visitors have incredible time visiting these farms.
On June 14, 2025, the following farms were visited as part of Tourism Circuit 1:
Maeโs Farm in Old Poblacion, Buenavista Guimaras
Neptune Pittmanโs Garden in Tastasan, Buenavista Guimaras
Jem Home Farm Eco Adventure in Millan, Sibunag, Guimaras
Sunrise Valley Oceanview Resort in Cabano, San Lorenzo Guimaras
On June 15, 4 farms were also visited as part of Tourism Circuit 2:
Guimaras Wonders Farm in Alaguisoc, Jordan Guimaras
Fatima Integrated Farm in San Enrique, San Lorenzo Guimaras
NJST Fruit Farm in Oracon, Sibunag, Guimaras
Domโs Farm in Oracon Sur, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras.
